I'm new to affiliate marketing and just launched my first site. What plan should I sign up for?

For new sites or publishers with lower traffic we recommend the Starter Plan! At $29/mo you will have full access to embed rich Snippets and Links, with a nominal flat fee on each outbound click. As you grow, your account can be upgraded to benefit from larger teams and less costly outbound clicks amount other features listed above.

Does this pricing apply to merchants too?

No. Merchants use our platform at no cost by approving Affiliate.com to incorporate their products and promotions through their respective Networks. Visit the Merchants section to learn more!

I am an affiliate network, is there a charge for me to be included?

No. Qualifying affiliate networks are included at no charge. We already work with dozens of the most popular Networks. Visit the Networks page to see if you are already included in our database, otherwise contact us to speak to someone about inclusion.

Can I pay as we go?

Yes! All plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. Alternative payment terms are available to Enterprise customers if necessary.

Won't I earn less with the additional offer click commission?

No! The extra revenue you receive from better offers, NeverDead links, and improved on-site presentation of your offers will more than outweight the cost of the offer click commission - not to mention the massive time and cost savings you'll generate from streamlining your operations."

What are "offer clicks"?

Offer clicks are when visitors click on an affiliate link on your site and are sent to the merchant's website. Generally, the more offer clicks you have, the more commission you earn.

Why do you charge based on offer clicks?

Affiliate.com's pricing model aligns what matters to both of us. Driving traffic to offers where the potential for commissions lie.

Does this plan include API access?

The Affiliate.com platform incorporates our best-in-class robust API, but does not give raw programmatic access. If you are looking for a standalone API service, visit our API page to learn more.

What happens to my links if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Existing links will be left untouched and will work as normal, but you will not be allowed to add new links to your site(s) using Affiliate.com, the "offer replacement" feature will no longer work, and you will no longer have access to reporting and analytics offered by Affiliate.com.

How will I know how much I'm being charged each month?

Affiliate.com customers will have access to usage information in real time simply by logging into their account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can set up automatic billing for hassle-free payments. Enterprise customers may consult with their sales rep for methods other than credit card.

What is your refund policy?
