The Founders
At Affiliate.com, our success is driven by an accomplished founding team with extensive expertise in e-commerce, affiliate and performance marketing, M&A, and ad tech. Co-founders Josh Silberstein and David Shapiro bring a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to our platform.
Josh Silberstein
In 2018, Josh co-founded Thrasio to acquire and optimize Amazon third-party sellers. Thrasio became the fastest growing company in history, achieved unicorn status in 25 months, and delivered a 203X return to its seed round investors. Revenues exceeded $1B in just the third year of business.

Josh has had broad experience as an operator, investor, and board member. Josh was (at one point) the youngest venture capitalist in the country. Josh also built the leading provider of health videos on the internet, Healthguru, which was acquired by a public company. As an operator and an advisor, Josh has achieved multiple exits and has raised well over $3B in his career.

Josh graduated from Wharton (summa cum laude) in 1997.
David Shapiro
David Shapiro has been an innovator in the digital marketing, affiliate marketing and e-commerce industries for many years. Previously, he was SVP, Corporate Development & Innovation at Thrasio.  Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Propel Media, a highly-profitable, performance-based digital media and marketing technology company with five offices around the world.  While at Propel, he led the acquisition and oversaw the extraordinary growth of DeepIntent, a leader in the programmatic healthcare marketing industry.

David graduated, with honors, from Harvard Law School. He received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Brandeis University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

He resides in Beverly Hills, CA with his wife, two daughters and two dogs.

Ewen Finser

Ewen first started creating sites in 2011 as a side hustle. Since then, he's bootstrapped a growing digital portfolio with 140+ content affiliate sites (Venture4thMedia.com)and that started with a $1000 investment creating over 3 million+ in asset value. Today, Ewen continues to incubate content portfolios at scale, leveraging deep niche subject matter expertise with a team of digital ninjas that continues to scale ahead of ecommerce and digital enthusiast trends.. Ewen also operates NicheMediaPublishing.com, a digital trade newsletter for the indie media space and ContentTeams.io, a bespoke recruiting and placement service for writers and editorial teams.
